Bournemouth vs Manchester United Match Preview And Possible Lineups

Manchester United travels to the Vitality Stadium to play AFC Bournemouth after a catastrophic loss to bottom dwellers West Bromwich Albion on Sunday, United boss Jose Mourinho will be seeking a confidence-boosting response from his players ahead of the FA Cup semi-final clash against Tottenham Hotspurs at the weekend.

Bournemouth is in mid-table and is practically safe from the relegation survival battle, while Manchester United are also comfortable in second place but will be eager to erase the bitter taste of last weekend defeat at home to West Brom.

The last time that these two teams met at Old Trafford, Manchester United ran away with a narrow 1-0 victory, thanks to a Romelu Lukaku’s headed goal.

Marcus Rashford, Jesse Lingard, Eric Bailly, Ander Herrera and Anthony Martial might be given starting berth by Mourinho, which means regulars like Paul Pogba, Juan Mata and Alexis Sanchez will be rested for the Bournemouth match.
