Bayern Switches To Victor Osimhen Puts Kane’s Deal On Hold
Italian daily newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Bayern Munich has turned to Napoli star Victor Osimhen after putting talks with Harry Kane on hold.
Thursday’s printed edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (page 14) claims the Bavarians are unwilling to match Napoli‘s €180m asking price but will offer more than €100m.
Bayern would rather pay this fee for a 24-year-old striker than €90m for Kane, who will turn 30 on July 28. Talks between the club and the player’s entourage have already begun.
It remains to be seen if it will be enough for Napoli, who have reportedly rejected a €100m offer from PSG. Liverpool are also interested in Osimhen.

If the Nigeria international joins Bayern Munich, he will reunite with Napoli defender Kim who has agreed to personal terms with the Bundesliga giants ahead of a transfer worth more than €50m.
La Gazzetta dello Sport has revealed the financial details behind Kim Min-jae’s transfer to Bayern Munich, with the South Korean set to officially join the Bundesliga giants in the coming days.
According to multiple sources, Kim has agreed personal terms with Bayern and will complete his move to Bavaria once his release clause is paid to Napoli, which becomes active on July 1.
In the meantime, Kim is back home in South Korea completing basic training as part of the country’s customary military service program.
Then, at the beginning of next month, Bayern will reportedly pay Napoli a fee of €58m as per La Gazzetta, a substantial profit given that the Partenopei paid around €18m to snatch him away from Fenerbahce less than a year ago.
