Nigerian international and Leicester City star Wilfred Ndidi has been named among the 30 best players in the Premier League this season according to stats.

The list is a collection of the best 30 players in the Premier League who have been in the best form this season, according to Sky Sports’ Power Rankings, and the number of points they’ve been awarded by the scoring system.

Wilfred Ndidi who is the only Nigerian in the list is ranked 25th on the list with 44,090 points, Ndidi has been one of the most outstanding players in Leicester City this season, his wonderful displays in the Premier League has attracted the interest of top clubs such as Barcelona, Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal, they are all said to be interested in his services.

Wilfred Ndidi has been the engine room of Leicester City’s midfield this season, he has started all Leicester City’s league games this season except those games in which he was suspended for card offences.

The Leicester City midfielder has started 32 Premier League games and played a total of 2,848 minutes so far for The Foxes this season, no player in Leceister City has played more games or minutes than the Nigerian this term.

The other Leicester City player that made the list of 30 best players in the Premier League is Riyad Mahrez, he came in at 10th position with 56,797 points.

Other Africans on the list are Liverpool’s Sadio Mane in the 23rd position with 44,364 points and of course Mohammed Salah arguably the best player in the World right now, he is at the first position with 88,813 points ahead of Kevin De Bryne and Harry Kane in the second and third positions respectively.

Wilfred Ndidi is ahead of Chelsea’s Willian, United’s Chris Smalling and Man City’s Nicolas Otamendi in the list of best 30 players in the Premier League this season.
