We wish you the Best of Luck! Here are previews to some of the matches:

West Ham United vs Manchester United

Manchester United surprisingly lost 1-0 away at Brighton on Friday, but a point today against West Ham at the London Stadium will secure second place for the Red Devils following Liverpool’s and Tottenham’s slip-ups at the weekend before yesterday’s game.

If Manchester United are able to seal the second spot by securing a point against West Ham tonight, it then means that their last game of the season against Watford will be of no consequence.

West Ham will come into this clash high in confidence after claiming a moral boosting 2-0 victory over Leicester City at the King Power Stadium and knowing fully well that their Premiership status for next season has been confirmed.

The win would have helped restore some self-believe into David Moyes’s men after suffering consecutive crushing defeats at the hands of Arsenal and Manchester City.

The head to head history between both clubs have been dominated by Manchester United, the Red Devil’s won this tie last season, they also demolished the Hammers 4-0 at Old Trafford earlier in the season.

However, West Ham has the edge when it comes to playing United at home, the Hammers has won 24 out of their 58 home matches while United has won just 15.

Jose Mourinho would not want to suffer two straight defeats at a bounce, hence we expect Mourinho’s men to take this match more seriously than they did against Brighton at the AMEX Stadium in their last fixture.

Although United will still be without their main attacking threat in Belgian talisman Romelu Lukaku who is ruled out with an ankle injury, Chilean Alexis Sanchez should make a return to the starting lineup after he was rested in the defeat away to Brighton. The former Arsenal star has picked form recently and should be able to lead United’s attack in the absence of Lukaku.

We have strong reasons to believe that Manchester United will grab at least a point against West Ham on Thursday, the Hammers have been inconsistent all season and should be a bit relaxed against United since their relegation problems have been settled. Our prediction is Manchester United to win or draw the match.

Anderlecht vs Standard Liege

Anderlecht will do battle with Standard Liege at the Stade Constant Vanden Stock, Bruxelles in a Belgian First Division A Championship group match, the fight for the league title and Champions League football next season has reached a crescendo with just three games of the season left to play.

Anderlecht defeated league leaders Club Brugge 2-1 at the weekend to narrow the gap at the top down to just two points between themselves and the leaders. The win would have boosted the confidence of Anderlecht’s team and given them a real chance to make a final push for the title at the expense of Club Brugge who currently top the standings with two points and three matches left to play.

Standard Liege are possibly the most in-form team in the play-off, they have recorded four wins and a draw in their last five First Division A games. Standard is third on the league table, just two points behind Anderlecht in second place. Standard Liege would be focusing on displacing Anderlecht from the second position with a win today, a second place finish will guarantee Champions League football for them next season.

Anderlecht is narrowly edging the head to head record between both teams by just one win, but the most recent clashes between both teams belong to Standard Liege.

Standard Liege has won two and drew one of the last three meetings with Anderlecht and this includes a 2-1 win for Standard Liege four weeks ago at Stade Maurice Dufrasne.

Both teams have been in good form lately, and this is expected to be a very tight match that could go either way but Anderlecht playing at home and with the experience of their Champions League exploits should have an edge in this match.

The league title and a Champions League spot is at stake for Anderlecht, a win will take Anderlecht to the top of the league standing pending when Club Brugge plays later in the day. While a lost will push Liege above Anderlecht and they will be out of the Champions League spot. We do not expect Anderlecht to lose this match, hence our prediction will be Anderlecht to win or draw the match.
