With the achievement of many players it seems as if not playing in the Premier League is a kind of minus to certain players.

The French star has not featured in the Premier League as far as concerned despite having been bestowed the Prestigious honour of the Ballon d’Or award.

Against all odds, Benzema became the best player in the world at a time Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Robert Lewandowski were in top shape.

He was linked to North London giants Arsenal during the tenure of French manager Arsene Wenger.

But the French forward “Karim” ended up joining Real Madrid as Arsenal went on to sign Eduardo da Silva to partner Emmanuel Adebayor in the attack.

However, Benzema has achieved greatly as a professional and playing in the EPL wouldn’t be a letdown to his successful career by a wide margin.

The Argentine Superstar Lionel Messi played for Barcelona before moving to French giants Paris-Saint Germain.

But he made the headlines by guiding Barcelona to major success alongside the Spanish trio of David Villa, Xavi Hernandez (Barcelona’s current boss) and Andres Iniesta.

He has established his name in the football archive as one of the best players, even if not the best player of his generation.

Winning the World Cup last year with his National side Argentina would be an added gloss on his immense career.

While it also mirrored further the comparison between him and the legendary Diego “Armando” Maradona of Blessed Memory.

But many would have loved to see him feature for either of the Manchester clubs (Manchester City and Manchester United).

Even any of these Premier League giants (Chelsea or Arsenal) particularly the West Londoners can help him win titles on an individual level.

Robert Lewandowski (Barcelona)
