Ahmed Musa And Ogenyi Onazi Now In Super Eagles Camp For Poland Match, As Players Workout In Gym
Allnigeriafootball.com can authoritatively report that Ogenyi Onazi, Ahmed Musa, Odion Ighalo and Uche Agbo have joined the Super Eagles Camp in Radisson Blu Hotel Wroclaw, Poland. This brings the total number of players now in camp to eighteen.
According to the Super Eagles itinerary the players and officials will leave the Radisson Blu Hotel for their first training session on grass turf at 1500 hours, three and a half hours before the Polish national team are expected to begin their own training at the same old Śląsk Wrocław stadium, Oporowska street later this evening.
The eighteen Super Eagles players now in camp are Leon Balogun, William Troost Ekong, Alex Iwobi, Ola Aina, Tyronne Ebuehi, Brian Idowu, Francis Uzoho, Elderson Echiejile, Stephen Eze, Joel Obi, Shehu Abdullahi, John Ogu, Moses Simon, Kenneth Omeruo, Ahmed Musa, Uche Agbo, Odion Ighalo and Ogenyi Onazi.
However Chinese based Super eagles Captain John Mikel Obi along side Chelsea’s Victor Moses are still expected to arrive camp latest this evening.
The Super Eagles players in camp began their preparation for Friday’s pre-World Cup friendly against Poland with a Stationary Bike Workout session at the Radisson Blu hotel in Wroclaw, Poland.
In a 19 seconds short video posted on the official Twitter handle of the Super Eagles, Shehu Abdulahi, Elderson Echiejile, John Ogu, Alex Iwobi, Leon Balogun William Troost Ekong and Ola Aina were seen taking part in the work out.
Nigeria will take on Poland in their second pre-World Cup friendly at the Municipal Stadium on Friday, March 23.
